Clinical Assessments

Every client is a world unto themselves and a customized treatment plan begins with a clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care.  SIMHA’s licensed and experienced clinicians are trained to assess and identify client needs, and to provide education on any mental health-related concern - the vital first steps on the journey to mental wellness.

Referrals

Because one size doesn’t fit all, SIMHA’s licensed mental health professionals will refer each client to the providers who best suit their particular needs, utilizing a robust dabatase that includes mental health clinicians, therapists, psychiatrists, emergency resources and treatment facilities.

Treatment Coordination

SIMHA’s full spectrum of care means that support continues throughout the treatment process.  SIMHA’s clinical coordinators monitor each case to ensure that clients’ needs are being met, resources are coordinated and that care is proceeding on a positive trajectory.
